General Description of Park
The BECCA Industrial Park is comprised of a total of 60 acres of which 33.85
continue to be available. The park is located one mile west of I-380
Interchange #43 on Highway 150. The park is served by East-Central
Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative with 3-phase 12,470 primary voltage. A
power substation is also located in the park. Water is provided by the City
of Urbana at 65PSI in an 8 inch service main that compliments an 8 inch
sanitary sewer main also provided by the City of Urbana. Parcels are
platted from slightly more than 3 acres in size to 5 acres. USA
Communications provides Telephone, DSL Service, Cable TV, Cable Modem and
Dial Up Internet Services. All facilities are underground.
