The Terrace Ridge Development is comprised of 120 acres of property that has been platted into 30 lots of various sizes, most of which front Interstate Highway 380 (I-380) at the Number 43 interchange with State Highway 150 and I-380.The individual lots are accessed via a public hard surfaced road and are served with 3-phase electrical service along with 8” water and sewer mains.
